I am looking for clients that want restaurant quality food prepared by an executive level chef. I have been in the food service industry for over 16 years. I have extensive experience in fine dining catering and special events. I typically provide all inclusive multi-course food and wine pairing dinners. I provide China, linen, silverware, glasses, decor and any special cooking equipment I might need. I prefer small intimate dinners up to 25 people so that I am able to interact with the guests by presenting the dishes and wines.
