Hello I'm Chef Jo! I have been on a global culinary journey for the past 30 years, and am returning to Little Current, where I was raised. From the Four Seasons Toronto, to Thailand, Cambodia, New York, to Mexico. I was the first female Executive Chef of a 5 star hotel in the entire history of Egypt. The first female in history to hold Chef de Cuisine position at Intercontinental Hotel Dubai and now I am returning to Canada to offer what I've learned, crafted and created. A pasdionate leader in all areas of kitchen, global HACCP/Red Seal certified. Looking forward to meeting you. :)
