I'm Nicole, a home cook in Southeast Michigan. While I am not classically trained, I have spent years working on my meal prep and cooking skills to feed my family of four. I thrive on making home cooked meals with as many whole ingredients as possible. Having wholesome, healthy, and delicious food is my goal every time I step foot in the kitchen. I have cooked for special diets such as vegetarian and keto and I am happy to learn and adapt to other special diets. While my ideal family would need me 2-3 days a week for a fresh home cooked meal, I would love to expand on their ability to have fresh cooked meals by meal prepping breakfasts, lunches, and dinners that are able to be re-heated or cooked when needed through out the week. In addition on those days that I am in the home I will be happy to complete the weekly grocery shopping and work with a house manager as needed. I also offer home made baked goods and breads, including sourdough, that can be cooked fresh for the week. Flexible availability at $25 and hour.
