I am a retired Executive Chef that graduated from Johnson & Wales University, one of the nation's finest hospitality schools. I have been blessed to have worked side by side with such chefs as Thomas Keller, Gordon Ramsey, Bobby Flay and Emeril Lagasse. I have been in the food service industry for nearly 35 years and have cooked for hundreds of famous Athletes , dignitaries and poloticians alike. I have also been honored to cook for one of nations Presidents as well as served on the board for SOS share our strength organization to feed our homeless charity nationwide. I am the proud father of two teenage boy. I have certain clients that I cater for yearly now that I am semi retired from the full time hustle and bustle of a chefs life.
