Chef in San Antonio, Texas

Hello All!! Let me introduce myself. I am Chef Joseph Gutierrez. Cooking is a passion for me. Every meal I prepare has my heart and soul . I will not disappoint. My training began 21 years ago. I started off as a busboy and worked my way up in the kitchen. I was a manager at La Madeleine restaurant & bakery, by the age of 21. I then went to work for my father who owns an ice cream distribution co. here in San Antonio , Texas. Off and on I took catering jobs and part time jobs as a sous chef to further my training and hone my skills. I was the sous chef at Coco Lounge and Bistro, and also was a chef at the famous and very private Argyle Club. I am blessed to have a 4 day work week and have time on my hands to do what I love. I am a private or personal chef, If you hire me I can go to your place of residence. And give you a menu so you can pick from any entrees you like, Provide me with the groceries. And I can cook you up some favorite dishes of yours or my own inspired recipes. I am available Thursday Evening through Saturday Evening. I am very personable as well. I have fun in the kitchen so money is not really an issue and we can discuss that in the first phone meeting or face to face . Whichever you prefer.
