I am looking for a chef position in an organization that favors local, organic and responsibly produced ingredients. I offer years of experience in multiple venues - from concept to design to fully realized menu/kitchen, I have the knowledge and innovation to create unique and delicious menus that are nutritionally dense and palette bright! I have worked in executive management in retail and food for 20 years, and am proud of my abilities to hire and train future company leaders, always aiming to train up. I am also a big proponent of outstanding customer service, and always love to work with clients directly to help envision and plan their special events. I am very passionate about food, and I love to demonstrate that to my clients via my work ethic, kindness and finished product. I’m more like an Italian nonna (grandma) in terms of customer service and commitment to excellence, and I will move mountains to deliver a phenomenal meal and personal experience to every hungry person who walks into my establishment! And I work really well with challenges - financial, spatial, diet - I embrace any challenges given me with spirit and perhaps a few wiseacre remarks.
