by being a comfort chef, my main goal is to satisfy that deep need you have for that. really great food that your grandmother or your mother used to cook, but in a healthier more trendy way. I've been a chef for 15 years plus am I experience lies everywhere from simple burger restaurants to the finest to fine dining. I currently work as a catering chef and spend every weekend making bride dreams come true. I would love to turn that vision of a meal you have in your head into reality on your plate.
