I have an extensive background in Culinary and I am a classically trained as a Chef. My focus is on introducing/integrating local and fresh product into today’s current food trends! With the alternative diets, special dietary needs, and food allergens seen today; simple ingredients are the star of the plate! The fun is in the challenge of reinventing the old; into the new, for all to try! I have been personal shopping and preparing for small families and large catering venues alike; for most of my career. I enjoy meeting w/my clients, menu writing and the planning/prep that go into the meals.
