I've been working in the United States and in France for the past 10 years, mostly in high end restaurants and came back to California last year. I do cater for private events, wineries and pop ups in Sonoma County and Bay area. I am also a Charcutier and make my own french style charcuterie like Ham, Pates, rillettes and love to share this knowledge with foodies!
