I am a healthy, plant-based chef available for: Private/personal chef services, vegetarian/vegan/raw cuisine, healthy lifestyles consulting/coaching, food education/nutrition classes/demos, meal-prep, therapeutic diets (including but not limited to ayurvedic, alkaline, cancer, diabetes, anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, celiac, etc.), grocery shopping, catering/private parties/luncheons, retreats, birthdays, holiday gatherings. I possess an extensive background in holistic health and wellness, hospitality, food and beverage, and focus on organic, locally sourced, seasonal (when available) ingredients while creating a zero-waste kitchen. I love sharing the joy and connection of sourcing ingredients from local farmers markets and farm stands. I have helped clients heal through cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, inflammation, allergies, weight loss, gut issues, and more. I have even turned the pickiest of eaters and carnivores on to a variety of delicious, healthy, plant-based/vegan style dishes. I have worked with high-performance individuals, entrepreneurs, business men and women, families, elderly, pre-post surgery patients, children, addicts, athletes, celebrities, film producers; and collaborated with restaurants/hotels/spas/resorts for menu creation.
