My name is Ryan I am a Chef and am currently working for a catering company And also as a Sous Chef for the Grand Hotel Mackinac Island. When I was done with college I left Working in the Hotels at Vegas to go work seasonally for resorts around the country. I have worked in Alaska with princess cruises in their beatiful Lodges. I the went to a Arizona's senoran desert to work for Rancho De Los Caballeros. We took guests on chuckwagon cookouts at dusk and cooked over wood grills. I also hve work for restaraunt s like Mimi's Cafe,Kings Fishouse, Gordon Beirch, McCormick & Schmicks,Omaha Steakhouse. So I do appeciate working on the clock. As of recently I am entetaining the opportunities that personal Chefs can work to. I am a friend if you love to eat and a partner if you want to get started. Ciao.
