Hey there everyone! I'm Angelica, a newbie chef who has always wanted to work in the culinary industry. I have been able to work on my skills during my two years of hospitality classes and have received my Associates degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I also was selected by my professor to work as a recipe tester where I would follow recipes and decide if they should be put on the following semester’s culinary classes schedule. I am able to create not only savory meals, but desserts as well such as celebration cakes, pastries, or any other sweet treat you can imagine. I am able to work with various diets and food allergies to make sure that everyone is able to enjoy a delicious meal. I also speak Spanish if needed. I have always had a love for baking and cooking and knew that I would be working on the industry even as a kid. It is important for me that my passion shows through my cooking and each meal is made with love.
