I hired Tracey to come cook a birthday dinner for myself and 6 guests. Very professional and down to earth. The dinner was amazing from start to finish, and what a beautiful presentation. It looked too good to eat, but of course we ate all of it. I will be using her again.

Tracey is an AWESOME Chef. She is easy to work with and very accommodating. She responses quickly and thoroughly to text and emails. She is the Chef for Essential Journey annual Essential for Me Retreat. This retreat was for three days. Tracey prepared and served 8 wonderful meals. The food tasted great and the participants connected well with Tracey. She took into consideration allergies and preference of the participants as she developed the menu.
