I am a traditional chef, meaning that I follow the teaching' of the late Chef Verner Fehr. I am also a Le'Cordon Bleu graduate way back in the mid 80's. OK maybe I am showing too much of my age. lol Just message me to discuss your culinary desires. I request a four hour minimum for one meal served to as many diners as needed. Along with my culinary talent, you will be amazed by the great story telling from an ex-stuntman, a recording artist, a published author and most of all a Philanthropist. I also can be hired to train clients to learn cooking skills. Just message me and we can discuss your needs.

Chef Phil has been catering parties for me at my home in Sun Valley, Idaho since the early 90's. He is flawless in his execution and everything is timed perfectly to ensure that all parts of the meal are served at proper temperature. I have obviously known him for many decades, and when he produces an event, sometimes I wonder which one of us is the entertainer :) Highly recommended!

Chef Phil Running Bear has executed a few parties for myself at my home in North Scottsdale. I don't try to find fault in his abilities, because I would come up short. He is a truly talented person that leaves nothing to be desired. He is always attentive when planning the event with me and always delivers exactly what we discussed! Keep it up my good friend.
