My name is Chef Radisha. I have been a professional chef in the food service/ hospitality Industry for 15 years. I have catered events/ dinners from (large scale weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate, bar mitzvah ect..) to small intimate dinners. I completed my culinary studies at Johnson & Wales University with an a.s. In Culinary Arts & Bachelors in Food Service Management. I specialize in vegan/ plant based cuisine. I have been vegan for 7 years. I also come from a Jamaican background.
