Chef in Southwest Harbor, Maine

I would like to cook for a family on a weekly basis using healthy, organic, unprocessed foods. I would like to not work more than 4 days a week, but can supply dinners for 5 nights by making some items ahead. I also enjoy helping families with special events and entertaining guests. I am moving to Southwest Harbor, Maine on July 6 and would appreciate using my skills with a family to enjoy. I prepare everything from scratch and prefer to use only raw honey or pure maple syrup for sweeteners, but will use sugar if the family prefers. I can make homemade breads, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, gluten free, and anything else the family would like. I have been a full service restaurant manager, a caterer, and a team cook on several mission trips.
