I am fantastic at meal prepping for the week. I constantly make 3 meals at once for families: One for dinner, a healthy breakfast that can be heated up in the morning, and a leftover meal that can be used as a snack/lunch/another dinner. I am looking to for a client who likes healthy balanced meals. Dietary restrictions are not an issue! They allow me the chance to think outside the box. Although I prefer to cook healthier options, I still make incredible decadent foods. I've cooked for small families and large parties in all different sized kitchens. I prefer being a private chef because it allows me to be creative and allows me to be in a new environment.
