I can cook Mexican dishes such as enchiladas, taco salads, taquitos, tostadas and street tacos. I can also cook Indian dishes like tandoori spiced cod, Indian butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. I also love making rice dishes such as paella, gumbo and Japanese fried rice. I can also make pasta dishes such as papardelle a la norma, summer spaghetti bolognese and three cheese gnocchi lasagna. But much as I love cooking, I take most pride in the fact that my dishes are both healthy and delicious. I look forward to hearing from you!
