Beyond my love for cooking, I certified Nutritionist and Ayurveda Practitioner (holistic nutrition). I agree with Hippocrates "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" and as a chef I think food should be delicious and enjoyable. My goal is to make healthy food that will leave you wanting more.
I have intimate knowledge of many, many different types of cuisine. I am originally from Brazil, became a qualified chef in Australia, and am now living in California - which gives me first-hand knowledge of good food from around the world.
