I am well-rounded in many cuisines from around the globe. My main focus for the past 10 years has been coastal cuisines from the Pacific, however, I am also very knowledgeable in Mediterranean and Adriatic cuisines as well. The experience and training I have received from around the world allows me to have a higher level of expertise than most chefs. I love giving my clients a 5-star experience whether it'd be at a catering event, their home or in cooking classes. Having experience as a restauranteur, I have access to high quality foods. I am able to source almost any fish, meat and/or produce imaginable. My passion is cooking and educating people about the culinary industry and leaving my clients satisfied.
