Hello! I am a Le Cordon Bleu Chef and Slow Food activist with almost two decades of culinary experience, including helming restaurants in New York, California and Tennessee, and owning the nationwide film and disaster catering company Fuel. As Executive Chef at Santa Barbara City College, I worked with Alice Waters and The ESY Project to bring farm-to-table food to the college level while educating the students in sustainability and the environmental impact of food. I am a former actress from a high profile family and feel I have been successful as a private chef because along with high culinary standards, I appreciate confidentiality, discretion and respect within a persons home.
