In 1983 I got out of the Navy after 4 years. 1985 graduated from culinary school with honors at New Hampshire college . Was hired by the Marriott on career day. After 5 years with them a great opportunity came up. So I left there to accept my own private store as a head chef .My work there was cut short when the company filled bankruptcy . Currently I'm not working in the culinary field. My interest is to obtain a private chef job for a family. I would be available for everyday meals, private party's or functions.
