I'm looking to serve clients craving a complete dining experience. As well as clients looking for delicious meals delivered throughout the week. I am an internationally trained chef with a background in classic French cuisine and fine dining service. Throughout my 21 year career, I have focused on consistent quality of service with an unwavering dedication to consistency while focusing on training, attention to detail, and innovative menu development. I am a motivated, hardworking, and detail oriented individual. I have a proven ability to lead a staff while focusing on raising the quality of the individual guest’s experience. While having a background in French cuisine and fine dining, I have also worked in several high volume establishments, serving many different styles of food. I have also taken the time to learn about new cooking techniques. I feel as though you should never stop learning and growing as a chef.
