As a self taught professional Private Chef with 7 years of experience, I have been influenced by a melting pot of food and culture being from New York City. I specialize in Latin, Caribbean and Soul. However I love to incorporate some of my favorite flavors into my cuisine, such as Italian, Asian, Mediterranean and Moroccan. Overall my style is just fusion of some of my favorite cuisines. As a child, growing up with Caribbean and Latin family I gained a great knowledge of how to work with bold flavors. Being a chef was not always part of the plan. I always knew I could cook but never saw it as a career. After years of working jobs that I had no passion for, I took leap of faith and took a restaurant job where I learned all the basic skills I needed. Over time I've worked at other restaurants, and had the chance to work with phenomenal chefs who have helped me hone my craft. Now, I am able create unforgettable experiences for my clients, that is something I am proud of and hold dear to my heart. I am here looking to provide private chef experiences for small intimate events all the way up to large scale catering. I can do it all.
