Hello, I'm Dana. I was a producer in the film business for many years and have always had a passion for cooking. Growing up in an Italian family it's all about the food. I decided to make the change from the film industry to the world of culinary several years ago and it's been wonderful. For the last two and a half years I've been working with Australian chef Curtis Stone, prepping food and working on live TV shows for Home Shopping Network and Chef Rochelle Palermo, prepping food and working on live shows for QVC. When cooking for dinner parties, making family meals, or whatever project I may be working on I focus on fresh ingredients and love to cook healthier versions of various dishes. (like chicken parmesan)! I bring a personal touch to every dish I prepare. I have a great attitude and love to see people enjoying my food. I got that from my mom!
