I have about a years experience in the culinary field. I am especially interested in Italian cuisine. I'm looking for a reputable, excellent chef to guide me along my way to becoming a professional chef. Not just a line cook. I realize that is where it will start but I don't intend to stop there. I take pride in my work and do not want to work in a place that just wants their dish "pushed out". I want to work in a professional environment that cares what their dishes look like and doesn't have three people doing the same dish three different ways. Attention to detail is important. I'm looking for a "fine dining" experience. Like I said I have no interest in working in an apple bees or an Outback Steakhouse. Unless the chef is well known and willing to take me on as their personal apprentice. Contact me anytime that is convenient for you. I aspire to greatness through the knowledge offered to me from the already knowledgable, so I may apply my own twists to the styles of cooking I observe and learn.
