Full food service for small party private events and pop up events of max. 30 people. I am happy to cook on sight in a home kitchen, but can also provide food ready to eat or reheat.
I offer cooking classes, or cooking demos as well.
I am a young Cheff who is trained in health based cooking at The Natural Gourmet Institute.
I have been in the industry for 7 years and worked at a variety of establishments, from short order, to catering, to working under Michelin star winning chef Daniel Boloud in Manhattan.
