Here I am !!! I am a mom of --...) Cooking is my passion and being able to explore different recipes over the years and make them for my family and friends is priceless! I love all foods and I comfortable making pho with homemade broth to a pot of spaghetti sauce with 100% fresh ingredients. There isn’t anything that I won’t make! All of my kids have grown to have amazing palettes. I am often told how great it is that they will eat anything. They love helping in the kitchen and I love teaching them. I also cook for my parents who live close. I am happy to say my meat and potatoes dad and always skeptical mom have embraced foods and recipes from around the world and have grown to really love what I cook... except soft boiled eggs in homemade ramen. That’s a hard sell. Lol. I’ve hosted and cooked for many parties and events for friends, family and acquaintances. Small events all the way up to a wedding for 200 people ! I love every single moment of it. I am absolutely happy to share pictures and provide references 😀
