Chef in San Diego, California

Hello my name is Jesse I've been a chef/cook for a while now. 6 years to be exact. Ive worked in various kitchens that consisted of making food from scratch as well as different cuisine. I am skilled in Italian, French, Mexican, Asian & New American cuisine. I am able to accommodate any number of people you decide to host. Wether it be family it friends. Ive worked as a line cook for about 6 years now and I've made it through hard work, determination, skill & will. Why should you hire me? I'm not really special compared to any other cook/chef you find on this website. While i have worked in more then half of every different type of cuisine. My expertise are mostly in making food from scratch so you know exactly what youre eating & thus know what is going inside your body. I also have expiernce in cooking steak, duck, chicken, pigeon, quail, lamb, pork etc in different way that where taught to me in my time as a chef. Wether that may be dry aging, grilling, sou vide, open flames, or tradition cooking. My current availability is reserved for morning but I should be available nights in 2 weeks time.
