After spending the last 7 years exploring various facets of the public restaurant industry, I am ready to transition to the private cooking world. My curiosity has led me to gather a wide variety of cooking skill sets in real world environments that far outpace what I could have learned in cooking school. I am an accomplished chef, bread baker, cheese maker, whole animal butcher, and am well versed in the science of fermentation and preservation. My goal is to bring this variety of experience to a single household that allows me to really take the family on a culinary journey throughout the seasons.
