I have experience meal prelling for myself and other college students and have found meal prepping as a great way to be more productive, nutritious, and cost-friendly! I am ethnically Korean, but was raised in America and I love exploring and trying all sorts of food! I also believe nutrious, healthy meals doesn't always come in the form of a salad. I may sound super adventurous and maybe a bit extra when it comes to trying new foods, but I am also a huge believer of eating what you're craving. I just perhaps like putting a twist to cravings to make them a bit more energizing to the body and soul.
