Master Chef of Vegan International and Living Foods Cuisine I’m Cuban and a 29 year Vegan, I delight in cooking flavorful food combinations. I have 23 years experience as a professional vegan chef and have extensive experience in catering large group retreats as well as working with individually with private clients. I love creating healthy, delicious and colorful meals infused with love that satisfy the soul and excite the palate. I have worked with special diets and dietary restrictions. My passion is preparing cuisine from around the world with the highest quality ingredients. I consider myself an intuitive chef as all my recipes I create in the moment of inspiration with seasonal ingredients and fresh ideas I enjoy bringing joy and healing through food and working in a clean esthetic production atmosphere I also love growing my own specialty herbs and unique produce to offer my clients I created a line of fresh prepared vegan grab n go foods called Vital Vegan that I offer locally Everybody loves Chef Moon’s food :)
