Im the Founder and Operator of a prepared meals company called Healthy Bites Fitness cuisine. It's a prepared meals company that offers weekly meal service in the Orlando area. I was a professional Chef 25 years ago. Overweight, unhealthy and miserable. I decided to make a lifestyle change so I lost 70lbs got my personal training certification and started a new life. I continued to be a Chef by providing meals for my clients that eventually became my main business. Five years ago I started Healthy Bites Fitness cuisine. Now I just have a job with a ton of headaches. I need a normal life again. I have worked with the food networks Robert Irvine, I supplied meals for 15 NFL Combine athletes this year and I also provide meals for the Orlando Solar Bears training camps every year. I currently have a corporate wellness a count with a large financial management company providing 35 meals a day. My food is the best and is engineered for top athletes as well as the Orlando elites that I still provide meals to. I will be making a shift back to personal chefing starting in October.
