I've worked in the food industry for about 15 years. I've been a line cook, shift manager, an assistant cook, cook, and a sous chef. I've worked in the 2nd biggest kitchen in Yellowstone National Park, 2 contracts on the Pride of America cruise ship in Hawaii, Sous chef for American Cruise line in Seattle to Oregon, expediter at the New York Yatch Club, Sous chef at Mount St. Mary's College New York, and an assistant Sous chef for catering at the New York Bronx Zoo. I'm very passionate, dedicated, and I love a challenge. I also pay attention to dietary restrictions and/or allergies.
