I taken numerous classes with Chef Garrin over the past year. I have found him to be good-natured, well-organized and reliable. He has obviously put a lot of work into the structure of his classes- they are always imaginative, informative and innovative. Chef is a gracious hosts, welcoming all learners into his kitchen. He is patient with all skill levels, yet adroit at maintaining class direction and harmony. His kitchen is meticulously clean and well-equipped. He displays great knowledge in both the culinary techniques as well as the cultural references to the meals we create together. In conclusion, I would say the Chef Garrin loves his work, loves the food he prepares and loves to share both with his students.
