I've been doing private dining for over a year now while also working at various restaurants. I also ran a private supper club out of my house (until Covid) for the better part of a year. I also teach cooking classes from how to make dishes from scratch to easy to make/throw together suppers. A majority of my cooking is based in French technique but I like to keep it real too. Not every meal needs to be a masterpiece, some meals just need to be hearty and served warm!
