I am a skilled Keto chef. CIA trained! Self trained nutritionist. I read a lot of books. For the most part I do not cook with sugar or anything that turns into sugar in the body quickly i.e.—starch. I have found that the human body does not like vegetable oils. I use EVOO,Avocado, Coconut, and my favorite fat, grass feed butter.! Most meals involve three parts vegetables and one part protein. Fresh wild seafood and small farm animals are preferred again grass feed. I rarely eat chicken as I consider myself on a full flavor diet and have found very few chickens that have flavor and they rarely have enough good fat. Now good eggs is another story. Good pastured eggs are really good.
