It has been my fortune to be able to live in many countries around the World, allowing me to obtain hands-on knowledge and experience of various cuisines, techniques, exotic produce, herbs and spices, methodology, the art of hospitality and the wonderful sharing this with others. I am a Culinary Chef but have thrown myself into Gelatos and Patisserie which I love making due to the creative freedom that it allows. I love to share my knowledge with others and teach them how to prepare and eat healthy food but also to eat well, presenting dishes in a aesthetic way so that one is engulfed by the beauty of the colors and aromas even before tasting and it is my hope to do this on Meet A Chef. I have been a Private Chef, a Sous Chef at the Masters in Augusta, Georgia, an Omelette Chef at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena and the owner of my own catering company.
