I am originally from Los Angeles, Ca and recently re-located to New Orleans. I have a culinary arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu-Hollywood. In Los Angeles, I worked as a private chef for over 10 years. Experience working with high profile clients and families. I am trained in all cuisines with an emphasis on Creole, Italian and Mexican. I work with locally-sourced, organic ingredients and have experience cooking for individuals with specific dietary restrictions. Very kid friendly , I have two small daughters so I love to make fun creative meals for littles ones as well. I would love to be placed with a family, individual or couple in need of a chef.
