I have been cooking for over 25 years the last 20 exclusively in high end resorts. I have worked in all the kitchens from Fine Dining , Three meal service, Banquets Wine diners, Kosher Functions. I am very familiar working with clients to meet the needs of expectations, making sure the client gets choices of items on menus by discussing their needs and expectations, meeting the clients cost point, and most of all seeing that they have a incredible event. I have many photos of my work and will be happy to share all of them with you! My work experience is Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa where I worked in several locations over a 10 year span. I started in the fine dining restaurant as a assistant Sous Chef and then was promoted to Sous Chef, then promoted again to chef de Cuisine of the three meal restaurant.I was the promoted to senior Sous chef Banquets. I then was moved to Orlando to open Hilton Orland as Chef Garde Manger after a year I was promoted to Banquet chef. I then went off on my own but was sought out to be a banquet chef for Loews Portofino.I also worked for Disney Yacht & beach club in catering as well..... as you can see I bring a lot of experience and love of food to your events!
