I am available as a private chef to cook in-home meals. I enjoy thinking outside the box and creating or trying new recipes. In the kitchen, sometimes you need to be resourceful and with a sense of creativity to use up the products on hand. I believe in cooking with fresh and local ingredients but sometimes a little butter doesn't hurt. I have seven years in the food industry, I have done catering, fine dining, hotel restaurants, and odds and ends. I have a degree in Culinary Arts and although I love the fast pace of the restaurant world, I am looking to slow it down and focus more on the food and satisfied consumers.
