THE NEW YORK BOUNTY is the name of our food truck ( a renovated 1961 Serro Scotty Sportsman trailer), which features a griddle, a three-top burner, a fridge, counters, service window and one small inside seating area. We strive to gather our products from local and regional purveyors, and cook them with simple but vibrant ingredients. We have served at numerous local wineries, breweries and other businesses and events. It is OUR PLEASURE to seek out new venues, new sources, new locations.
