Chef in Los Gatos, California

I've been working in restaurants since I was young. I'm currently employed as an Executive Chef and I'm happy where I am. Just looking to have some fun creating new menus, new foods, help some families out, and perhaps cook for off-site parties to break up the routine. In the past, I've cooked weekly dinners for busy families in the South Bay and delivered them daily. I have plenty of experience cooking for large and small scale parties in almost any type of cuisine. My style is modern american , I've worked aside James beard winning chefs, Michelin chefs, and have ran a successful kitchen at a well established restaurant for years. I'm well-versed in both vegan and gluten free cuisines but, I would prefer creative excitement, a relaxed fun environment and a group of people that love all kinds of food. I am a no BS , fun, smiley, hard working chef that would gladly take on any cheffy challenge in the area.
