I'm Brandon and I've worked restaurants for the past 19 years. First km job was at buffalo American grill. I also opened Mugshots bar and grill and was head trainer in the boh. I opened the very first foolmoon bar b q in Tuscaloosa as well. Worked for Ruby Tuesday, Logans Roadhouse. Not to mention I learned every position in every restaurant I have worked for in the kitchen on top of being head trainer. Started at Bobs Victory grill in 2011 as a manager trainer. Then moved all the way to head chef. Relocated to Auburn and opened the new location as sous chef. After 5 years moved back to Tuscaloosa as head chef.
