Hello, my name Is Josie Joubert and I love cooking good healthy wholesome meals! Some of my best dishes are the Mediterranean meals I make, such as Dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) or Moussaka (Greek layered , potato, meat sauce, milk/cheese sauce). I also love making many other dishes l, upon request. I do baking and anything in between just ask! I love making foods from scratch, takes a little bit more effort but let me tell you it's so worth it!! ? Just contact me and let me know what dish you'd like.
