Hi, my name is Eddie Verso. I have been cooking for almost 30 years. I have been, recently, the Executive Chef of a Culver City Restaunt, The Head Chef at a restaurant in the LA Arts District along with being executive Sous Chef, Sous chef etc. I have work from Connecticut to LA. Inhave worked in country clubs, hotels, large coropate restaurants and small family owned. Inspecialize in Italian cuisine.
