I am full-service private chef. I love food and people. Nothing excites me more than the passion of creating and preparing great food that brings families and friends together in celebration and the comeratery which brings forth that feeling of fulfillment. I graduated with honors from the prestigious The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. I served as the Executive Chef at Vini Vidi Vici for three (3) years. I have had a stellar career in restaurants and restaurant management. But, I miss working and preparing menus for my clients.
