As a Farm to Table Chef with Napa Valley Michelin experience I bring over 18 years of experience and a passion for creating mouthwatering dishes to every client I work for. I focus on using seasonal and hyper local produce and proteins that have proven to be healthier by being more nutrient dense and I make everything from scratch. I have 2 food related degrees, Majoring in Business and minoring in Sustainable Agriculture and American food studies. As well as my Associates in Entrepreneurship. Currently by day I am the Culinary Director for a non profit that specializes in teaching the importance of Regenerative Agriculture and utilizing locally sourced hyper nutrient dense foods. I take pride in using locally sourced, fresh ingredients to craft dishes that not only taste incredible but also support our community. Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner party, a corporate event, or a special celebration, I am committed to exceeding your expectations with my culinary creations. I love the art of preservation through food and am a hobby fermenter, brewer and forager. My rate is $225.0 daily (8hrs), $120 (4hrs), or $30.0 hourly, not including cost of groceries. As an example, at the daily rate I could meal prep 3 meals a day for a family of 4, making your cost of food for the week, the cost of groceries my rate. If you prefer meal preps delivered it is on a per meal basis per person at an agreed upon rate. I am available to cater events of up to 50 people (negotiable) which have specialized pricing if you inquire, friendly rates. I do have a small team and a baker if needed. From customizing menus to accommodating dietary restrictions for medical reasons as well as personal. I work closely with my clients to ensure that every dish reflects their unique vision. If you're seeking a skilled chef to elevate your next event or even just satisfy your daily cravings, I'm the Chef who will go above and beyond and exceed your expectations. All products are sourced from farmers markets and farmers around Cincinnati when applicable. I also teach private cooking classes in the comfort of your home or online. for groups up to 8 people.
