I attended Professional Culinary School at the San Diego Culinary Institute and completed an externship under Chef Frank Bobanno at Mizuna, in Denver, Colorado. After school I worked in various restaurants before eventually opening a food truck in Bozeman, Montana, and private chef-ing in Big Sky, Montana, and The Yellowstone Club. Additionally, I have taught over 50 cooking classes for people of all ages and skill levels (including kids). I take a special interest in meeting the expectations of all of my prospective clients by merging their cravings, and dietary restrictions with my specialties. Private chef needs aside, I love to teach people to cook and am always happy to discuss teaching private groups. Note also: I have personal experience with gluten allergies, so I am very accommodating when it comes to those types of requests.
