I have extensive nutrition training as I am Type 1 Diabetic myself. However, I do not have any specific training with the Paleo Diet. But I can make just about anything taste good. Of course, I would do my research and due diligence regarding you specifics dietary needs and likings. I have worked in fine dining my entire career of 8 years with a total of 2 years working in fine dining Mediterranean food. So I know to use spices a.k.a. FLAVOR!!! My fiancé and I ran a small successful prepared lunch service from our home during the summer of 2018 before we moved to Palm Springs, CA. We just found out that we’re expecting (I am currently 14 weeks). So thats why we’re moving back home to the Seattle-Tacoma area. A perfect situation for me would be to come to your kitchen and prepare meals for you a few times week. Working from my kitchen would work as well. I can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. As well as fun snacks and desserts.
